Decide which one you want to develop. You can choose only one of the above!
Think about how you can share this information with other teens in a way that will capture their attention. As long as you cover the basic content, you do not have to do it in the same order that others have, or with the same words. Your video can be animated, documentary-style, acted out –whatever you think will be compelling
The video should be short – not more than 3-5 minutes long.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your video must address the information in one of the above 3 concepts, and must not run for more than 5 minutes. All registration should be done before 25th December 2019 and videos must be submitted by 5 pm, Wednesday, Jan 25th, 2020. Each entry will require a separate entry form and should be submitted with an individual email/Mobile Number. The video contest is open to all youth between the ages of 14-35 who reside in Coimbatore.

Permissions

All participants, including producers, actors, musicians, and anyone else whose image or sound is on your submission, must turn in a signed entry form along with the video. Your permission allows us to promote the contest and spread the word on road safety through the use of your message. Please have everyone who appears on the screen fill out the appropriate form. These forms must be completed for you to receive your prize money, should you be one of our contest winners. The School/Teacher/etc. information on the entry form is requested – if applicable – so that we can give credit when teachers assign, encourage, and/or enable participation in the contest. If you are producing your video on your own, please disregard that part of the entry form.

Conditions

All footage material, including music, must be created own or you must obtain proper permission to use someone else copyrighted material. Entries will be void if they are incomplete, late , damaged, or are not able to be viewed due to technical error. No entries will be returned. All entrants give VGM Ortho Centre, permission to use the videos, including the right to use their names, photographs, and video submissions for advertising, publicity and promotion purposes, and to edit or make changes to the announcement. By entering this contest, entrants agree to abide by these contest rules and regulations.

Winners List

All Contest winners will be announced in the felicitation ceremony during road safety week in Feb 2020. A complete list of winners along with a video clip of the winning submissions will be posted on the VGM Ortho Centre website: www.vgmorthocentre.com and https://www.facebook.com/vgmorthocentre/.

Prizes

1st Prize: ₹25,000 to participating filmmaker.
2nd Prize: ₹15,000 to participating filmmaker.
3rd Prize: ₹10,000 to participating filmmaker.
