Degrees : Dr Senthilkumar Raju received his basic medical training and did his anaesthesia residency at Annamalai University, India. He completed his chronic pain fellowship from the Toronto Western Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto General Hospital & Sick Kids Hospital at the University of Toronto, Canada.

Training / Academic Experience : Dr.Senthilkumar Raju started practising anaesthesia at Mount Hope Hospital,Trinidad and Tobago and later joined as a senior registrar in Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Bridgetown, Barbados. He thereafter was a faculty at the University of West Indies in anaesthesia and pain medicine for a period of six years. Dr. Senthil Raju moved back to India in 2014 and joined Apollo Specialty Hospital, Madurai and Trichy, as a full time Pain Specialist before moving to Coimbatore. His clinical expertise is in ultrasound guided chronic pain interventions and musculoskeletal medicine procedures, and multi disciplinary management of cancer and non-cancer pain. His areas of interest are neuropathic pain, cancer pain and headaches. Throughout his career, Dr. Senthil Raju found himself drawn towards patients suffering with chronic pain, and his diverse background in anesthesia and pain management made him uniquely qualified to provide for the needy. He is a member of International Spine Intervention Society, International Association for Study of Pain, European Society of Regional Anesthesia & Pain Therapy, International Headache Society, and Indian Society for Study Pain.
